Procare Group in Melbourne is seeking Rehabilitation Counsellors to join our team. You will manage a caseload of psychological injuries from a return-to-work perspective and conduct assessments and case management across our client portfolios.

Qualifikationen

• Rehabilitation Counsellor (full ASORC) or Psychologist (AHPRA registration)
• Experience in Occupational Rehabilitation
• Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
• Team-oriented with integrity and continuous improvement mindset

We are seeking Rehabilitation Counsellors to join our Melbourne team who is passionate, motivated and eager to start or continue a successful career with a leading rehabilitation provider!

You will be managing a caseload of psychological injuries from a return to work perspective, conducting a range of assessment and case management services across our various customer portfolios.

We offer tailored progression pathways to suit your skills and interests - become our next CTP Specialist, Medicolegal Assessor, Subject Matter Expect, Portfolio Manager, Relationship Manager, Technical Specialist or Team Manager.

About You

• Rehabilitation Counsellor (full ASORC) or Psychologist (with full or provisional AHPRA registration);
• Experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation;
• Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check;
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
• Excellent time management, attention to detail and problem solving abilities;
• Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude and positive approach; and
• Genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
