Job summary

Procare Group in NSW is seeking a passionate Rehabilitation Counsellor to join our national team. You will manage caseloads of psychological injuries from a return-to-work perspective and deliver intake assessments and case management.

Remote candidates can be considered (must be based in New South Wales). We offer tailored progression pathways toward roles like CTP Specialist, Medicolegal Assessor and Team Manager, plus hybrid working and supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Caseload management of psychological injuries from a return-to-work perspective.
• Assessment and case management across client portfolios.
• ASORC membership preferred or required.
• Police clearance and WWCC required.

We are seeking passionate and drivenRehabilitation Counsellorsto join our NSW team! Ideally seeking candidates based near one of our many offices however remote candidates will be considered (must be based in New South Wales).

You will be managing a caseload of psychological injuries from a return to work perspective, conducting a range of assessment and case management services across our various customer portfolios.

We offer tailored progression pathways to suit your skills and interests – become our next CTP Specialist, Medicolegal Assessor, Subject Matter Expect, Portfolio Manager, Relationship Manager, Technical Specialist or Team Manager!

About You:

• Rehabilitation Counsellor (with Full or Associate ASORC membership)
• Current Police clearance and Working with Children Check
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking & problem solving
• Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude & positive approach; and
• Genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
