Altius is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant based at our Subiaco office to facilitate the recovery and rehabilitation of individuals who have experienced injury, illness or disability. Your clinical expertise and guidance will support people to regain independence, improve quality of life, and reintegrate into the community and workforce through personalised plans and evidence-based assessments.

Qualificações

• Eligible for Full AHPRA Registration as an Occupational Therapist or ESSA Registration as an EP.
• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology.
• Current driver’s licence and access to transport.

Responsabilidades

• Develop personalised rehabilitation plans with a whole-of-person approach.
• Complete assessments including Functional Capacity Evaluations, Workplace and Ergonomic Assessments, and ADLS.
• Identify return-to-work pathways aligned with recovery milestones.
• Collaborate with clients, families, insurers, employers and other healthcare professionals to evaluate factors.
• Present case information and provide credible recommendations to drive the desired outcome.
