Star HR is expanding its locally owned, industry-leading rehabilitation team in Hobart. We are seeking a passionate Rehabilitation Consultant (Physio / EP / OT) to build lasting client relationships and deliver high-quality return-to-work services.

Offering a generous base salary of AUD 95,000–105,000 plus super, with contractor rates available at AUD 120/hour for experienced consultants. Relocation-backed flexibility and strong admin support accompany this opportunity.

• Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology or Occupational Therapy with AHRPA/ESSA registration.

• Excellent salary to commensurate with your valued clinical or occ rehab experience: $95K – $105K Base + Super with Contractor rates available for experienced rehabilitation consultants: $120/hr.

This successful rehabilitation provider is seeking a Physical Consultant to join their team of outstanding healthcare professionals in a dynamic, well-supported and career boosting position. Clinicians and new graduates are welcomed to as you will supported by various team members to upskill and provide outstanding services to clients. Make a lasting difference as you assist individuals in recovering from a workplace injury through implementing various proven strategies to RTW.

Following the relocation of the RC Director from SA to TAS, this provider has performed extremely well in the local market, built excellent relationships and grew an outstanding team. In your role, you will be working collaboratively with your client to achieve return to health and work outcomes in a safe and timely manner. This role is highly flexible and tailorable – you will be working alongside a team of highly skilled, professional contractors and consultants.

You will be responsible for the following:

• Completing assessments specific to your discipline – Worksite assessments, Functional Capacity assessments etc.
• Return to work case management of your clients
• Liaison with key stakeholders.
• Working closely with a strong employment services division.
• Completion of high-level written reporting.

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology or Occupational Therapy (with relevant registration & membership with AHRPA or ESSA).
• Positive and client-centred professional with great communication skills
• Excellent relationship building and influencing skills
