Altius Group is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to facilitate recovery and rehabilitation for individuals who have suffered injury, illness, or disability. You will apply clinical expertise to help clients regain independence, improve quality of life, and reintegrate into the community and workforce.

You will develop personalised rehabilitation plans, perform comprehensive assessments such as Functional Capacity Evaluations, Workplace and Ergonomic Assessments, and ADLS, and coordinate with

• Tertiary degree in OT, PT or EP with professional registration.
• Eligible to practice in Australia with AHPRA/ESSA registration.
• Eligible to work in Australia without visa restrictions.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Develop personalised rehabilitation plans for clients.
• Conduct Functional Capacity Evaluations, Workplace and Ergonomic Assessments, and ADL assessments.
• Identify return-to-work pathways aligned with recovery milestones.
• Collaborate with clients, families, insurers, employers and other healthcare professionals.
• Present case information and provide credible recommendations to drive outcomes.

Educación

Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology

Full registration with AHPRA or ESSA

Full Australian working rights

Current driver's license and car

YOUR NEW ROLE

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play an instrumental role in facilitating the recovery and rehabilitation of individuals who have experienced injury, illness, or disability.

Your clinical expertise and guidance will be pivotal in supporting individuals regain independence, improve their quality of life, and reintegrate into the community and the workforce.

• Develop personalised rehabilitation plans that support a whole-of-person approach to rehabilitation
• Complete a range of assessments including Functional Capacity Evaluations, Workplace Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments and Activities of Daily Living Assessment (ADLS).
• Use lateral thinking and forward planning skills to identify potential return to work pathways in line with likely recovery milestones
• Utilise problem-solving skills, clinical experience, and knowledge of injury management to perform assessments and facilitate the return to work of claimants
• You will work closely with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, their families, insurance companies, employers and other healthcare professionals to evaluate physical, psychological, and social factors
• Present case information to various stakeholders and providing credible recommendations/solutions to drive the desired goal
