Job summary

Rehab Management, part of the Arriba Group, is seeking a health professional to support occupational rehabilitation and injury management. You will collaborate with doctors and allied health professionals, provide clinical opinions through detailed reports, and visit workplaces to assess return-to-work needs and safety measures.

The role emphasizes stakeholder collaboration, education for workplaces on injury prevention, and driving positive client outcomes across Australia.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology.
• AHPRA or ESSA registration.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and work closely with treatment providers (Doctors, Specialists, Allied Health Professionals) to ensure the best recovery outcomes for clients.
• Providing clinical opinions and justification through report writing.
• Attend a variety of workplaces weekly to understand the physical demands and responsibilities of job roles to support safe return to work.
• Educating workplaces on how to manage and prevent workplace injuries.
• Collaborate and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
