Job summary

Arriba Group's Rehab Management unit on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a skilled professional to facilitate the return-to-work process for injured workers. The role is permanent and full-time, based in Maroochydore, with pool cars and flexible working arrangements.

You will case manage complex files, liaising with multiple stakeholders and conducting workplace visits to ensure timely, safe recoveries. AHPRA or ESSA registration and relevant tertiary qualification are required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication & report writing skills with a client-centred approach.
• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology.
• Office based in Maroochydore with pool cars & flexible working arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with treatment providers (Doctors, Specialists, Allied Health) to ensure best recovery outcomes.
• Provide clinical opinions and justification through report writing.
• Attend workplaces weekly to understand job demands and support safe return to work or maintenance at work.
• Educate workplaces on managing and preventing workplace injuries.
• Collaborate with health professionals, employers, insurers and other stakeholders to drive positive outcomes.

• Collaborate and work closely with treatment providers (including Doctors, Specialists, and Allied Health Professionals to ensure the best recovery outcomes for your clients
• Providing clinical opinions and justification through report writing
• Attend a variety of workplaces on a weekly basis, and learn the physical demands and responsibilities of a number of job roles to support a safe and timely return to work or maintenance at work
• Educating workplaces on how to manage and prevent workplace injuries
• Collaborate and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients
