Job summary

Arriba Group in Cairns, Queensland, is seeking an Occupational Rehabilitation professional to manage a diverse caseload, conduct workplace assessments and provide high-quality clinical recommendations to facilitate safe, sustainable return-to-work outcomes.

You will liaise with employers, insurers and treating health professionals, deliver evidence-based reports, and help shape injury management strategies while building trusted relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• AHPRA or ESSA registration
• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
• Previous experience in Occupational Rehabilitation, Injury Management or Workplace Rehabilitation
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and report writing skills
