Procare Group in Launceston is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to join our Launceston team. You will support injured individuals, deliver assessments, manage cases, and help clients return to work and everyday life with clinical expertise.

Qualifications

• Relevant professional qualifications and membership as one of the listed health professions.
• Current Police Clearance and Working with Vulnerable People Check.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support injured individuals in their recovery, return to work, and life after injury or illness.
• Deliver assessments and case management services across diverse portfolios.
• Apply clinical expertise to help clients return to pre-injury roles or explore new employment.
• Build relationships with health professionals, employers, insurers and other stakeholders.
• Mentor and support team development while growing leadership skills.
