Job summary

Procare Group in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant to join our expanding occupational rehab team. You will support injured individuals on their return to work, deliver assessments and case management across client portfolios, and apply clinical expertise to help achieve employment goals.

The role requires 2+ years in occupational rehabilitation, with qualifications in OT/PT/EP and registration.

Qualifications

• Qualified OT/PT/EP with relevant registration/accreditation.
• 2+ years of occupational rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Honest, accountable and collaborative team player.
• Police Clearance and Working with Children Check are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist injured individuals in their recovery and return-to-work journey.
• Deliver assessments and case management across diverse client portfolios.
• Utilise clinical expertise to support employment goals.
• Build strong relationships with health professionals, insurers, employers and stakeholders.
