Qualificações

• Understanding of regulations for Retail Financial Services.
• Experience in Risk Management, Compliance, Data and AI, Legal, Technology is desirable.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritise tasks, work under pressure and adapt to regulatory changes.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate regulatory engagements across the Banking and Financial Services division.
• Prepare briefing materials, status reports and submissions for regulators.
• Analyse information to identify emerging risks, issues and trends.
• Escalate complex matters where appropriate.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across the division and the Macquarie Group, while maintaining reporting and dashboards for senior visibility.
