Job summary

Amazon Commercial Services Pty Ltd is seeking a Registration & Onboarding Program Manager to own the registration pipeline for new domestic sellers in Australia and migrations from other stores.

You will lead data-driven improvements to the registration funnel, partner with central teams, and manage product rollouts with a focus on localisation for AU.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of cross-functional collaboration with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.

Responsibilities

• Understand the registration pipeline and blockers; use data to drive improvements to the seller experience.
• Partner with supporting teams to assist sellers in the funnel and achieve launch.
• Own product rollouts into AU store with a focus on localisation.
• Work with Seller Support to improve registration and identity verification communications.
• Develop resources and escalation paths to help local Account Managers resolve blockers.
• Collaborate on email/content at key funnel drop-off points for domestic and international sellers.
• Deep dive onboarding across the Mobile Seller App and drive improvements with central teams.
• Own the Seller Central onboarding flow and drive program adoption for new sellers.
• Lead initiatives related to Identity Verification, Re-verification, and Fraud Prevention in Registration.
• Own end-to-end funnel reporting including starts, channel acquisition, and source.

As the Registration & Onboarding Program Manager, you will own the registration pipeline for new domestic sellers registering in the Amazon Australia store or expanding from other Amazon global stores into Australia. You will lead the strategy to improve registration funnel efficiency and the seller experience, working with central teams to drive improvements and own product rollouts into AU.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in business analysis, enjoys problem solving, and is comfortable working with large datasets. You can work across teams, influence stakeholders, and operate as a self-starter - comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading complex initiatives end to end.

Key job responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the registration pipeline and key seller blockers. Use a data-led approach to present recommendations and drive improvements to the seller experience.
• Partner with supporting teams to assist sellers stuck in the registration funnel and help them get to launch.
• Own product launch rollouts from central teams into the AU store, with a focus on localisation.
• Work with Seller Support to improve registration and identity verification–related seller-facing communications.
• Build resources and clear escalation pathways to help local Account Managers resolve registration blockers.
• Collaborate with the Email Marketing Manager and Content Manager to improve email communications and content at key drop-off points in the funnel, customised for both domestic and out-of-country sellers.
• Deep dive the onboarding experience across the Mobile Seller App and work with central teams to drive improvements.
• Own the Seller Central onboarding flow and work with the SSR Manager to drive program adoption for new sellers.
• Lead key initiatives related to Identity Verification, Re-verification, and Fraud Prevention as they relate to Registration.
• Own reporting for the end-to-end registration funnel, including registration starts, channel acquisition, and source.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
• 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
