Job summary

St Johns Park Medical Centre in Sydney's Western Suburbs is seeking a friendly RN (APHRA registered) to join our practice.

You will provide triage, develop Chronic Disease Management Plans & Health Assessments, monitor the cold chain, and maintain the highest standard of patient service. Essential: APHRA registration, minimum 1 year experience in a medical centre, immunisation qualifications, current CPR, WWCC and Police Check; infection prevention and Best Practice knowledge are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Must be APHRA registered.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a Medical Centre.
• Nurse Immunisation Qualifications and experience.
• Current CPR certificate.
• Working with Children clearance (WWCC).
• Police Check.
• Certificate in Infection Prevention & Control (advantageous).
• Knowledge of Best Practice (advantageous).
