Job summary

Peninsula Paediatric Psychology (3P) is seeking a registered psychologist to join their Mt Eliza clinic on the Mornington Peninsula. The role offers flexible full-time or part-time opportunities with a varied caseload incorporating a mix of psychological assessments and counselling, depending on your interests, experience and the needs of the practice.

You will work with children, adolescents and young adults presenting with a range of developmental, emotional, behavioural and learning needs,

Qualifications

• Full registration with AHPRA as a psychologist.
• Experience with children, adolescents and families is preferred.
• Commitment to ethical, neurodiversity-affirming care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments with children, adolescents and young adults aged 0–25.
• Provide counselling and therapeutic support to young people and their families.
• Work with children and adolescents presenting with developmental, emotional, behavioural and learning needs.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals as appropriate.
• Manage a structured caseload, typically around 5–6 sessions per day.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment.
