Job summary

Early Start Australia is seeking a dedicated allied health professional for our Penrith clinic, supporting children and families across Australia. You’ll join a multidisciplinary team delivering assessments, therapy, and reports with a focus on evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities include new client assessments, therapy delivery, goal-based plans, and reporting within tight timelines. AHPRA registration, ongoing PD, and flexible work options are supported.

Qualifications

• Registration with AHPRA and Psychology Board of Australia is required.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check is required.
• Current Drivers’ Licence and vehicle.
• Working with Children Check or Working with Vulnerable People Registration (state specific).
• National Police Check required.
• Accredited First Aid Certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new client assessments and provide timely feedback to clients and families.
• Deliver client-centred assessment, counselling, and therapy.
• Develop, implement, review, and adjust individualised therapy programs.
• Deliver services across clinic, home, school, and community settings.
• Collaborate with allied health professionals and develop specialised programs.
• Maintain privacy, confidentiality, and evidence-based practice.
