Job summary

Early Start Australia is seeking a dedicated psychologist to join our Durack Clinic to support children and families. You will conduct new client assessments, deliver client-centered therapy, and develop personalised programs across clinic, home, school, and community settings.

Join a multidisciplinary team, uphold evidence-based practices, and engage with families to adapt services to individual needs. Registration with AHPRA and compliance with safety checks are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Qualified psychologist registered with AHPRA.
• Experience in early intervention and solution-focused therapy.
• Ability to adapt services to individual needs and contexts.
• Strong report writing and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new client assessments using referrals and questionnaires.
• Deliver client-centered assessment, counselling, and therapy.
• Develop personalised therapy programs across clinics, home, school, and community.
• Complete reports and maintain documentation within required timelines.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure confidentiality.
