Job summary

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join established residential aged care providers across Western Australia. These are permanent full-time opportunities offering competitive salaries, supportive clinical teams, and career development in regional communities.

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• Previous experience in residential aged care is highly desirable.
• Ability to work permanent full-time rotating shifts across a 7-day roster.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care and clinical interventions.
• Monitor residents' health and respond to changes in clinical condition.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with professional standards.
• Collaborate with doctors, allied health professionals, pharmacies and other service providers.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and care records.
• Provide leadership and clinical guidance to care staff during shifts.
• Support implementation of clinical policies, procedures and quality standards.
• Promote person-centred care that respects residents' preferences and wellbeing.
