Job summary

Flinders Medical Centre in Adelaide is seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to join Ward 4SMG in the Women’s & Children’s Division. This ongoing role offers exposure to a broad range of clinical presentations and an opportunity to work with a diverse multidisciplinary team in SALHN.

You will provide high-quality patient care, support the development of junior nurses, and may be redeployed to other SALHN units as needed.

Qualifications

• Registration (or eligibility for registration) with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and a current practising certificate
• Strong communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands
• Flexible, innovative, and proactive approach to healthcare delivery
• Commitment to consumer, patient, and family-centred care

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to a diverse patient group in Ward 4SMG.
