Bayside Health is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join the Urgent Care Centre and General Ward teams at Leongatha Memorial Hospital. Roles include full time, part time, or casual positions up to 2.0 FTE, with a focus on person-centred care and collaborating within a nursing team under the Nurse Unit Manager.

Successful applicants will hold current AHPRA registration, with experience in urgent care/ED or critical care settings, and be capable of triage, recognizing clinical deterioration,

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred nursing care in Urgent Care Centre and General Ward.
• Work under the Nurse Unit Manager within scope of practice.
• Demonstrate strong assessment, care planning, and evaluation skills.
