Western NSW Local Health District in Dubbo, NSW, is seeking a Registered Nurse – Specialist Palliative Care to join a district-wide multidisciplinary team delivering care to people with life-limiting illness across inpatient, home and residential aged care settings.

The role focuses on patient-centred palliative care, supporting families and carers, with available Welcome Experience relocation support and opportunities within Aged Care, Disability and Palliative Care Directorate.

About the role Be part of a district-wide multidisciplinary team that delivers specialised nursing care to people with life limiting illness. The Palliative Care Nurse provides effective quality care for patients with complex needs and supports their families/carers to improve the quality of life and wellbeing of individuals and rural communities. The successful applicant will demonstrate skills and knowledge in palliative care, to allow the provision of a patient centred care for people with an advanced life limiting illness, their families and carers. You will work across a range of settings, including inpatient, home and residential aged care.
