Job summary

St Vincent's Private Hospital Toowoomba is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Scrub/Scout for its Perioperative Department on a permanent part-time basis. You will work with surgeons, anaesthetists, and nurses to deliver safe, compassionate care across diverse surgical specialties.

The role requires current AHPRA registration and at least 12 months Scrub/Scout experience in perioperative settings, with postgraduate perioperative qualifications highly regarded.

About the role:

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse Scrub/Scout to join our Perioperative Department at St Vincent's Private Hospital Toowoomba on a permanent part-time basis.

Working alongside highly skilled surgeons, anaesthetists and nursing professionals, you will play an integral role in delivering safe, compassionate and high-quality care across a diverse range of surgical specialties.

St Vincent's Private Hospital Toowoomba is the largest acute private hospital on the Darling Downs. We are a 197-bed facility with highly experienced and skilled staff that work as a team to deliver the highest standard of healthcare to all our patients. Our services include medical, surgical, maternity, paediatric, emergency, cardiac and rehabilitation. We are supported by comprehensive allied health services and advanced medical and diagnostic services. Pathology, radiology and pharmacy are also available on site, and our emergency department is open 24 hours, seven days a week.
