Job summary

St Vincent's Private Hospital Toowoomba is seeking a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse to join our team. The role focuses on discharge planning, patient advocacy and coordinating care with families and external services.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams to minimise discharge barriers, maintain accurate records, and support positive patient outcomes in our 197-bed facility serving the Darling Downs region.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA-registered RN or EN
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Patient-centred care with a focus on discharge planning
• Experience in acute care or discharge planning is desirable
