Job summary

Key 2 Learning College (K2LC) is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Educator to lead evidence‑based training and coordinate the IQN program in Canberra. You will deliver OSCE practice exams, online and in‑lab training, support learners, and ensure outcomes meet course objectives.

Required: current AHPRA RN registration, minimum 2 years’ gerontology experience, and demonstrated teaching and assessment abilities in an education setting.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse who will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating evidence-based, best-practice clinical and non-clinical education and training programs.

At a minimum, the successful candidate must possess:

Must hold current registration without conditions with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse

Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience with recent clinical experience in Gerontology

Experience supporting learners in health care or educational settings.

Ability to effectively manage own time and resources

Demonstrated ability to plan and support the development of learners' knowledge, skills and behaviors to meet learning objectives

Ability to present to individuals or groups in formal and informal settings

Successful completion of the NCLEX and OSCE exams for registration as a registered nurse in Australia

Experience delivering training in a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) for either accredited or non-accredited programs

To meet the expansion of our Nursing courses, Key2Learning College requires the services of an experienced RN educator to deliver training to our students.

The successful applicant will:

Coordinate and facilitate candidate OSCE practice exams at the K2LC lab

Deliver Work-Based Professional Development Program and OSCE training online to candidates

Work equally well as a team member and as a self-directed professional with a significant degree of autonomy

Develop and deliver evidence-based, person-centered adult learning to a high standard

Provide tutorial support to learners, as required

Assess learner outcomes

Manage the progression of each student through their enrolled course.

Assess and record student competency in line with the requirements of the training being assessed.

Ensure students have the correct information, support, knowledge and expectations of a course.

Prepare, maintain, coordinate, and evaluate teaching and learning resources.

Undertaking administrative duties related to the program, including monthly reports to external stakeholders.

Diagnosing and managing student learning difficulties.

Undertaking professional development in relevant industry, vocational, educational or other contexts on a regular basis.

Contributing to the achievement of the College's commercial targets.
