Qualifications

• AHPRA registration is required.
• Must be available to work night shifts.
• Minimum of two years' experience as a Registered Nurse in a Residential Aged Care setting (or similar).
• Experience leading a small team and guiding others.
• Proven skills in clinical care, clinical decision making and palliation.
• First Aid and CPR certificates are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care and decisions to residents.
• Lead and mentor a small nursing team.
• Support palliation and end-of-life care as needed.
