Job summary

Estia Health in Australia is seeking a compassionate nurse to support our residents in aged care. You will provide medical care, complete clinical documentation, and lead care teams to deliver high-quality, person-centered services.

You will model health and safety, ensure AN-ACC compliance, and foster a supportive, inclusive workplace across NSW homes, helping residents and families experience dignity and warmth in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree with current AHPRA registration.
• Strong leadership in clinical care and team mentoring.
• Solid documentation skills and knowledge of AN-ACC.
