Job summary

Estia Health is recruiting a dedicated registered nurse to support our aged care residents. The role focuses on clinical leadership, comprehensive documentation, and high-quality, person-centred care within a supportive team environment.

You will contribute to resident wellbeing, participate in safety practices, and guide junior staff to grow their clinical skills. Background checks and influenza vaccination are required.

• Nursing degree and current AHPRA registration.
• Leadership experience in clinical care.
• Solid documentation skills and knowledge of AN-ACC.

About the Role

Position details:

• Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 2200 to 0730 = 54 hours per fortnight

On a typical day, you’ll:

• See to our residents’ medical needs.
• Put together clinical documentation.
• Be a leader to staff, helping them to grow.
• Be a health and safety role model.
• Take pride in what you do and maintain the highest standard of work.

You’ll also have:

• A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives
• Leadership experience in clinical care
• A nursing degree and current AHPRA registration
• Solid documentation skills and knowledge of AN-ACC
