To be considered, you must hold AHPRA Registration as an RN, have Australian aged care facility experience, be fully vaccinated (Covid and flu), possess a valid Police Check, 100 Points of ID, valid work rights, current

Qualifications

• AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Working Aged Care facility experience in Australia.
• 2 Covid Vaccinations + Booster.
• Flu Vaccination.
• Valid Police Check (within the last 12 months).
• 100 Points of ID.
• Valid work Rights.
• Current CPR & First Aid.
• NDIS Worker Screening or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Clinical care of residents.
• Documenting resident’s condition and assisting with the administration of medications.
• Assisting with meal consumption and monitoring nutrition.
• Infection control and prevention.
• Ensuring a holistic model of care is followed at all times.
• Assisting in admission and easing the transition for residents and their families.
• Liaison with all stakeholders including residents, family, doctors and allied health.
• Acting in accordance with aged care standards on every shift.
