Job summary

BlueCare Sunrise Beach Aged Care Facility in Sunrise Beach is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver person-centred care, manage shifts, and uphold clinical standards in our new home. This permanent part-time role includes night duty (10pm to 6:15am), a base rate of $45.59–$57.06 per hour plus penalties, superannuation, and salary packaging.

You will work within our small household model of care to support residents' independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills.
• Confidence in managing your time effectively, including an ability to work autonomously.
• Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements in Australia.
• Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc.
• NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain.

Employment Term: Permanent part time, 45+ hours for a Registered Nurse that is available for Night Duty (10pm to 6:15am) shifts.

Location: Sunrise Beach Aged Care

Remuneration:$45.59 - $57.06 p/hr permanent base rate (based upon experience) + Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances

About the role:
