Job summary

Estia Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our aged care team. You will deliver high-quality clinical care, support residents and lead care staff with a person-centred approach.

Responsibilities include clinical documentation, assessments, and maintaining AN-ACC readiness, while modeling health and safety standards. An accredited nursing degree and current AHPRA registration are required.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree and current AHPRA registration.
• Experience leading clinical teams in aged care.
• Strong documentation and care planning skills.

• See to our residents’ medical needs.
• Put together clinical documentation.
• Be a leader to staff, helping them to grow.
• Be a health and safety role model.
• Take pride in what you do and maintain the highest standard of work.

You’ll also have:

• A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives
• Leadership experience in clinical care
• A nursing degree and current AHPRA registration
• Solid documentation skills and knowledge of AN-ACC

We currently have the following shifts available for an experienced RN:

Week 1 - Monday and Friday AM Shifts

Week 2 - Tuesday and Friday AM shifts + Thursday overnight shift
