Job summary

Norwest Private Hospital is seeking an ICU Registered Nurse to join a 19-bed ICU in Sydney’s North West. Deliver high-acuity, patient-centred care and support families during critical moments.

Join a team focused on education, clinical excellence, and career development within Healthscope's national network. 3+ years ICU experience and ALS are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years recent ICU experience, including mechanical ventilation.
• Postgraduate Certificate in Critical Care/ICU (or currently undertaking).
• Demonstrated commitment to quality and patient safety.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current Working With Children Check.
• Knowledge of and compliance with ACQSHC National Standards.
• Current Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients requiring advanced critical care interventions, including mechanical ventilation.
