Job summary

Estia Health in Geelong is seeking a compassionate RN to support our residents with medical needs, lead the clinical team, and ensure high-quality documentation and care. You will model health and safety, mentor staff, and manage shifts across AM, PM and Night to maintain round-the-clock wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree and current AHPRA registration are required.
• Experience leading clinical teams and mentoring staff is preferred.
• Solid documentation skills and knowledge of AN-ACC processes is desirable.
