Wesley Mission Queensland Limited is offering a 12-month Graduate Registered Nurse program in Residential and Community Aged Care Services. You will work with an experienced clinical team to deliver safe, compassionate care, while developing clinical skills and leadership capabilities.

Our Graduate Nurse Program is designed to support your transition from university to professional practice, providing exposure to both residential and community aged care settings. Throughout the 12-month graduate program, you will be supported by experienced Registered Nurses, your Manager and our Clinical Educator who are committed to helping you transition successfully into professional practice. Through structured preceptorship, clinical coaching, education opportunities and regular development conversations, you will be encouraged to grow your knowledge, strengthen your capability and reach your full potential as a nursing professional.

A Valuable Addition, Yet Not a Must-Have!

• Previous experience working in aged care and/or with NDIS customers.
• Other qualifications, training or experience related to the role of nursing.
• A commitment to successfully completing the12-monthGraduate Nurse Program including all educational, professional and clinical competencies.
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination status (or as required by legislation and WMQ policy)
• Relevant probity checks required by legislation and WMQ Limited policy.
• Current Driver's Licence and willingness to travel for work
• Completion of a Bachelor ofNursing and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
