St Vincent's Private Hospital Toowoomba – Melbourne VIC is seeking a motivated Registered Nurse with endoscopy experience to join our Endoscopy team. You will demonstrate strong assessment, critical thinking and clinical skills while delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment.

The role requires Bachelor of Nursing with AHPRA registration and experience in an Endoscopy Suite. HICMR/GESA and AS5369 knowledge is essential, with a pro rata 24-hour-per-week part-time schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure high standard of nursing care to patients.
• Provide technical assistance during diagnostic endoscopic procedures.
• Maintain timely and accurate nursing records.
• Ensure effective admission and discharge processes of patients.
• Liaise with patient, patient’s family, medical and ancillary staff as required or requested.
• Meet and understand the requirements of HICMR/GESA and AS5369.

About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated Registered Nurse with experience in endoscopic nursing to join our dynamic Endoscopy team. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong critical thinking, advanced patient assessment and clinical skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement and the delivery of high-quality patient care.

• Ensure high standard of nursing care to patients
• Provide technical assistance during diagnostic endoscopic procedures
• Maintain timely and accurate nursing records
• Ensure effective admission and discharge processes of patients
• Liaise with patient, patient’s family, medical and ancillary staff as required or requested
• Meet and understand the requirements of HICMR/GESA and AS5369

Classifications for this position will range between YP3 – YP9 ($86,580.00 - $107,510.00 per annum, pro rata).

Your Contribution

• Bachelor of Nursing Degree with AHPRA registration
• Previous experience in an Endoscopy Suite is essential

• Current National criminal history check, or willing to obtain

About the Endoscopy Department

SVHM Endoscopy suite consists of 3 procedural rooms that undertake a range of procedures from Gastroenterology, Hepatobiliary and Colorectal specialists. Suite runs Monday – Friday.
