Job summary

NSW Health in Hornsby is seeking an experienced registered nurse to join the GRACE team in a temporary part-time role (16 hours per week) at Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Hospital.

You will perform sound clinical assessments, adapt to changing priorities, and work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver geriatric outreach care in a busy acute setting. Immunisation requirements apply during recruitment.

Job description

An exciting temporary part-time (16 hours per week) position exists for an experienced registered nurse to be part of the Geriatric Rapid Acute Care Evaluation (GRACE) team at Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Hospital.
