Job summary

NSW Health’s Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Registered Nurse for General Rehabilitation to deliver high-quality nursing care in multidisciplinary rehabilitation teams across Concord Hospital facilities.

The role emphasises patient-centred care, assessment, care planning and safe practice within NSW Health standards. Applications close 9 November 2026.
