Main Street Medical Centre in Hervey Bay is seeking a Registered Nurse for a permanent, full-time role with family-friendly weekday hours. New graduates and experienced RNs are equally welcome to apply.

You will work in a busy general practice, assisting GPs, providing immunisations and wound care, and supporting health assessments and disease care plans while keeping Best Practice records. A structured orientation and supportive team are offered.

Qualifications

• Current general registration as a Registered Nurse with Ahpra.
• Interest in primary care and preventive health.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a GP setting.
• General practice experience is welcome but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Assist GPs with patient care and clinical procedures.
• Provide immunisations and wound care.
• Support chronic disease care plans and health assessments.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records.
• Deliver patient education and preventive health support.
