• Minimum 1 years post registration experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality clinical nursing services to Doctors and patients including chronic disease management, triage, vaccinations, wound care, pathology collection, health assessments, recall, coordination of the treatment room, cold chain management and sterilisation.
• Provide high-quality patient care and support within a multidisciplinary team.
• Contribute to recall processes and patient health assessments.
• Assist with pathology collection and sterile procedures.
• Ensure cold chain management and sterilisation standards are maintained.
