Job summary

Hillcrest Health Centre in Melbourne seeks a capable Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse to provide patient care under GP supervision. You will move between reception and nursing duties, assist with immunisations, wound care, health assessments and care plans, and maintain accurate patient records.

Strong communication, multitasking and computer skills are essential. Knowledge of Medical Director or Pracsoft is a plus; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse
• Previous experience in GP Medical Centre (preferred but not essential)
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to move between reception and nursing roles.
• Knowledge of Medical Director and Pracsoft software (advantageous, training provided).
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and data entry
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology
• Preparation of care plans and managing Chronic management plans.
