NSW Health is offering a Permanent full-time Registered Nurse position at the Day Procedure Centre, St Vincent’s Public Hospital in Sydney. You will deliver high-quality nursing care for diverse patients and lead care coordination within a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires current AHPRA registration, strong teamwork, and at least 2 years in acute care. Benefits include salary packaging, mobility within NSW Health, and access to advanced oncology and transplant programs.

Formación

• Currently registered as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Professionals Regulation Agency.
• Demonstrated ability to work within an interdisciplinary team using effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated evidence of integration of theoretical knowledge and clinical skills, critical thinking and analysis in your daily practice as a registered nurse.
• Demonstrated effective time management skills and ability to prioritise competing workloads within a complex environment.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years post graduate experience and experience in acute care settings.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to a diverse range of patients, including individuals, families, and communities of all ages and cultural backgrounds.
• Take on a leadership role in delivering and coordinating patient care, working collaboratively with a supportive multidisciplinary healthcare team and liaising with relevant health professionals and support services.
• Work both independently and as part of a team, with accountability for clinical decisions and the opportunity to guide and delegate care to enrolled nurses and healthcare workers.
• One additional day off accrued per month.
