As a Registered Nurse, you'll help older Australians stay safe, healthy and independent in their own homes.
This is a highly autonomous role where you'll spend most of your time out in the community, supporting clients across Adelaide and building genuine relationships with the people you care for. No two days are quite the same, and you'll play an important role in helping clients navigate changing needs while continuing to live safely and confidently at home.
You'll work closely with our Care Partners and broader service delivery team, bringing your clinical expertise, practical judgement and person-centred approach to support great outcomes for clients and their families.
You're an experienced Registered Nurse who enjoys working independently and building genuine relationships with clients.
Ideally, you've worked in home care or community-based services and understand the reality of service delivery. Client needs change, schedules shift and priorities can quickly evolve, but you're adaptable, practical and focused on finding solutions.
You bring strong clinical judgement, communicate with warmth and professionalism, and know how to balance autonomy with teamwork. You're comfortable managing your own day while staying connected to a supportive team and contributing wherever needed.
Most importantly, you're compassionate, mature and genuinely motivated by helping older Australians remain safe, independent and living well at home.
