Job summary

Evolve Scientific, an NES Fircroft Company, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a brand-new clinical research site in Penrith as a Clinical Research Coordinator. You will coordinate trials, support site operations, and liaise with participants, investigators, sponsors and CROs.

This role emphasizes ICH-GCP compliance, CTMS/EDC usage, and meticulous documentation. You’ll work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to high-quality data and participant care

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with clinical experience.
• Strong understanding of ICH-GCP and trial methodology.
• Experience with CTMS and EDC systems.
• Highly organised, detail-focused and proactive.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day trial delivery and site operations.
• Recruit, screen, consent and follow-up with participants.
• Manage protocol-specific visits, assessments and procedures.
• Maintain source data and regulatory files.
• Enter data in CTMS/EDC and manage queries.
• Support sponsor, CRO and investigator communications.
• Prepare for monitoring, audits and close-out visits.
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, TGA and NHMRC requirements.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and delivery of clinical trials, including:

• Participant recruitment, screening, consent and follow-up


• Protocol-specific visits, assessments and procedures


• Study documentation, source data and regulatory files


• EDC/CTMS data entry and query management


• AE/SAE reporting and protocol deviation management


• Sponsor, CRO and investigator communication


• Preparation for monitoring, audit and close-out visits


• Ensuring studies comply with ICH-GCP, TGA and NHMRC requirements

About You

• Registered Nurse (RN) with relevant clinical experience


• Strong understanding of ICH-GCP and clinical trial methodology


• Experience with CTMS and EDC systems


• Highly organised, detail-focused and proactive


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
