Job summary

Scalabrini is seeking an Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, person-centred dementia care at Griffith Village in NSW. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, support care planning, and provide specialised nursing care to residents.

The role includes leadership after hours, guiding care and wellbeing teams, with casual shifts including nights. AHPRA registration and strong communication skills are essential, along with experience in AN-ACC and aged care standards.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registration as Registered Nurse Div 1 with current practice certificate.
• Passion for person-centred dementia care delivery.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated skills in documentation, care planning and assessment.
• Good understanding of AN-ACC and the Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Experience leading people or supporting care teams.
• Well-developed communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of safe work practices.
• Intermediate computer literacy in aged care/health services.

Responsibilities
