Job summary

BlueCare at Buderim Private Hospital on the Sunshine Coast is seeking Registered Nurse for casual pool roles across wards, delivering safe, holistic patient care and working within a multidisciplinary team.

You will provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing and participate in quality and infection control practices, with opportunities for professional development and flexible shifts within a not-for-profit framework.

Qualifications

  • Registration with AHPRA and current nursing practice in Australia.
  • Minimum 12 months post‑study experience in an acute setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Full work entitlements in Australia; sponsorship not available.
  • Willingness to work across a 24/7 roster and comply with vaccination requirements.

Registered Nurse – Casual Pool | Buderim Hospital Employment Term: Casual Opportunities Available Location: Buderim Private Hospital, Sunshine Coast, QLD Remuneration: $42.50 - $54.62 p/hr + Casual Loading + Super + NFP Salary Packaging (save tax and increase your take home pay) Applications will be reviewed as they are received, and therefore may result in the role closing early if the right applicant is found.

Your part in our Buderim Hospital team

As part of our Casual Pool, you will work across different wards within the hospital and be accountable for the provision of safe and holistic care to individuals and their families, applying best clinical practice and ensuring a safe environment for optimal patient outcomes. You’ll deliver exceptional person-centred care by working collaboratively with your multidisciplinary team, applying exceptional communication and customer service skills.
