UnitingCare Children, Young People and Families – Buderim QLD is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Casual Pool at Buderim Private Hospital on the Sunshine Coast. You will provide holistic, safe nursing care across wards, working with a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care and positive patient experiences.

This casual pool role requires flexibility across shifts and a commitment to high standards of clinical practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months post-study experience in an acute setting.
• Availability to work across all shifts on a 24/7 roster.
• Willingness to obtain required vaccinations as per infection control.
• Current criminal history check and compliance with hospital policies.
• Current registration with AHPRA.

• Remuneration: $42.50 - $54.62 p/hr + Casual Loading + Super + NFP Salary Packaging (save tax and increase your take home pay)

Your part in our Buderim Hospital team

As part of our Casual Pool, you will work across different wards within the hospital and be accountable for the provision of safe and holistic care to individuals and their families, applying best clinical practice and ensuring a safe environment for optimal patient outcomes. You’ll deliver exceptional person-centred care by working collaboratively with your multidisciplinary team, applying exceptional communication and customer service skills.

We require our Casual Pool to have experience across any of these areas:

• Critical Care/Intensive Care
• Rehabilitation
• Acute Medical
• Acute Surgical
