Job summary

Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Registered Nurse for Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in Sydney. The role supports patient-centred, evidence-informed nursing care within a multidisciplinary team.

Employment is temporary full time (38 hours/week) with options for part-time (minimum 8 hours/week) up to 12 months. The ideal candidate is registered with AHPRA and demonstrates evidence-informed practice, critical thinking, and excellent communication skills.

• Current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
• Understanding of evidence informed practice and critical thinking.
• Effective interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication within a multidisciplinary team.

The Registered Nurse is responsible for the provision of patient centred; evidence informed nursing care that promotes identified health outcomes.
