MediRec is seeking experienced Assistants in Nursing (AINs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to support residential aged care facilities across the Tweed Heads region on a casual basis.

Whether you're looking for a few extra shifts each week or regular agency work, we can help you build a roster that suits your availability and lifestyle.

Flexibility to work when and where you choose, with regular casual shifts, competitive agency rates and fortnightly pay via MediRec.

Competenze

• Aged care experience (3–6 months in Australia)
• Up-to-date Flu and COVID vaccinations
• Reliable and professional approach to care
• Full working rights in Australia
• RNs to hold current AHPRA registration

Mansioni

• Provide high quality personal care and support to residents (AIN)

Registered Nurse / Assistant In Nursing - Agency

MediRec is seeking experienced Assistants in Nursing (AINs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to support a number of residential aged care facilities across the Tweed Heads region on a casual basis.

Whether you're looking for a few extra shifts each week or regular agency work, we can help you build a roster that suits your availability and lifestyle.

Duties

AINs

• Provide high quality personal care and support to residents
• Assist with mobility, meals and activities of daily living
• Maintain accurate documentation and report resident changes
• Work collaboratively with nursing and care teams
• Help create a safe, comfortable and welcoming environment for residents

Registered Nurses

• Deliver high quality clinical care in a residential aged care setting
• Complete assessments, care plans and clinical documentation
• Administer medications and manage clinical incidents
• Provide leadership and support to care staff
• Ensure residents receive safe, person-centred care

Skills & Experience

AINs

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
• Full working rights in Australia
• Recent aged care experience (minimum 3-6 months in Australia)
• Up-to-date Flu and COVID vaccinations
• Reliable and professional approach to care

Registered Nurses

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Full working rights in Australia
• Recent aged care experience (minimum 3-6 months in Australia)
• Up-to-date Flu and COVID vaccinations
• Strong clinical and communication skills
