Job summary

Bolton Clarke is Australia’s leading independent not-for-profit aged care provider dedicated to 긍age and wellbeing. As a Registered Nurse, you will support residents to maintain independence and health across our Coastal Waters Aged Care Home near Jervis Bay.

You will use systematic clinical decision‑making, build therapeutic relationships, and collaborate with the care team to achieve positive resident outcomes in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum of 12 months RN experience.
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
• NDIS Workers Screen and or a National Police check (or willingness to obtain) prior to commencement
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff
• Strong passion for working with the elderly and dedication to professional growth

About The Role

As a Registered Nurse, you'll provide a range of clinical care and support services for our residents, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported. These include:

• Providing and monitoring the care of residents
• Using a systematic approach to clinical decision-making
• Developing appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships
• Collaborating with the health care team to achieve resident outcomes

To be successful, you will have

• Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration
• Minimum of 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse (desirable in-charge)
