Job summary

Bupa, Merrimac (Queensland), is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our part-time aged care team on the Gold Coast. You will work with a close-knit group of carers to deliver person-centred care, fostering trust and improving residents' quality of life.

You’ll support residents and their families, uphold Resident Rights and accreditation standards, and participate in ongoing training to advance your clinical skills in a compassionate, family-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registration as a Div 1 Registered Nurse required.
• Experience in aged care or team-based care beneficial.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Resident Rights and Aged Care Standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred care to residents as part of a care team.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• Collaborate with carers to support daily living and clinical needs.
