Aeralife Kingswood is seeking a Registered Nurse for permanent part-time or casual shifts at Kingswood Court, NSW. You will contribute to safe, resident-centred care within a supportive team environment.

The role involves coordinating clinical tasks, monitoring resident care, and liaising with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality outcomes. AHPRA registration and ACQSC experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
• Minimum two years' experience in Residential Aged Care.
• NDIS Workers Screening Check.
• Covid-19 vaccinations (highly recommended).
• Experience with ACQSC re-accreditation processes.
• Knowledge of Aged Care Act 1997 and subsidiary principles.
• Knowledge of ACFI and funding instruments.
• Strong computer literacy and experience with electronic care systems.
• Experience using Joanna Briggs 'best practice' portal.
• Experience with KPIs and clinical governance accountability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical tasks and related documentation.
• Monitor resident files, progress notes, and observation charts.
• Manage specialised nursing care (patches, injections, wounds, catheters, diabetes, dangerous drugs).
• Collaborate with residents, their representatives and other health professionals.
• Ensure compliance with Medication Management policy and procedures.
• Promote evidence-based infection control and antimicrobial stewardship.
