BaptistCare in Dubbo is seeking a Registered Nurse for Kintyre Lodge Aged Care Home on a maximum-term, full-time contract to cover maternity leave. The role includes 76 hours per fortnight with weekends off, delivering person-centred care and leading care teams.

You’ll apply best-practice clinical care, supervise staff, and promote dignity and choice for residents, aligned with BaptistCare’s MyTeam approach and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Current AHPRA Registration.
• Experience in a clinical leadership role and the proven ability to work with a team.
• Understand requirements of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills and ability to respond effectively in emergency situations.
• Demonstrated time management & organisational skills with the ability to meet objectives/timelines.
